Foster Greatness is designed for, by, and with young adults impacted by the foster care system and adverse childhood experiences to make a real difference in people's lives. We believe lived experience leaders have the wisdom, strength, and character to change the narrative about current and former foster youth and our goal is to give them the knowledge and skills to do just that.

Workforce Development
Our jobs allow young people to develop confidence, skills, and self-growth to achieve their personal and professional goals. Workforce Development includes providing the resources and training needed to become a coach for our Foster your Greatness Master Class.

Master Class
In this 16-week self-development program, participants will learn to work toward personal goals and set a course for living their best lives. Our evidence-based program is delivered through learning activities and the help of a coach who's "been there".
